Ilumina Partners is a boutique consulting practice founded to support small businesses and mission-driven organizations in building sustainable impact. I serve as lead strategist and fractional COO, helping teams navigate complex change, streamline operations, and align strategy with mission. We’ve helped clients secure funding, scale operations, manage their online presence, and build healthier, more effective teams.
As part of this work, I also serve on the board of Project Suma, a Bolivian organization committed to supporting survivors of exploitation and advancing gender justice.
Pure Coast Naturals is a zero-waste, toxin-free product line I co-founded with my husband to create healthier, more sustainable options for our family, which we now share with others who value intentional living.
We keep the business small-batch, hands-on, and low-waste, selling through select pop-up markets and our online store.
What began as a creative outlet has become a purpose-driven brand rooted in sustainability, community, and mindful choices for everyday life.
Wrking Moms is a community I created to support and uplift working mothers navigating the beautiful chaos of career and family life. Through honest conversations, simple tools, and encouraging content, I built a small but powerful network of purpose-driven women committed to thriving, not just surviving.
As a content creator, I used this space to share reflections, resources, and real-life encouragement for women balancing leadership and motherhood. While the project is currently paused, it continues to reflect my passion for helping women lead with grace, grit, and authenticity in every season of life.
At Saving Innocence, I served as Senior Director (COO equivalent) and helped lead the organization through a transformational season, navigating leadership transitions and workforce restructuring while ensuring stability and growth.
I managed the organization's day-to-day operations, overseeing strategic planning, cross-departmental collaboration, program development, human resources, compliance, marketing, and external partnerships.
I was privileged to lead a dedicated, mission-driven team that ensured the mission was carried out with excellence, consistency, and long-term sustainability.

Whether I’m building out a nonprofit operations team, developing programs that serve vulnerable communities, creating content that empowers and equips others, guiding a consulting client through strategic growth, or creating toxin-free products with my family, every project I pursue is grounded in the same values: justice, sustainability, and practical impact.
